HEADLIGHT RESTORATION LIQUID
RADEX Headlight restoration liquid is a polymeric liquid whose vapor, at appropriate temperature, allows to restore the sunburned headlights, quickly replacing the original gloss and giving a perfect finish.

FUNCTION
Ideal for application in polycarbonate headlamps.
ADVANTAGES

- Wipe the surface of the headlights with a clean cloth.
- Isolate the boundary zones with masking paper and paint tape.
- Depending on the damage of headlights, use the following sandpapers: P150, P180, P240, P320, P500, P800, P1000, and P1200.
- For sublime finish, use the P1500 and P2000 sandpapers at the end.
- The sanding process can be done manually or by machine.
- After the sanding process, pour 60ml to 80ml RADEX Headlight restoration liquid into the cup.
- Turn the equipment on and wait for about three minutes.
- The product vapors will start to emerge from the cup tube and the process begins. Make sure that the released vapors is in contact with the entire headlight surface. With maintaining a uniform speed u will verify that the area, exposed to the steam, will immediately become transparent and smooth.
